My Ideal Day Involves:
It’s Fall. I wake up to crisp morning air, my family and a great cup of coffee. I spend the morning walking outside, in nature, and doing odds and ends outside with my dog. I enjoy meaningful conversations with colleagues and clients, friends and family. As the day winds down, I cook a great, healthy meal, with a glass of wine, for my family. We enjoy great conversation before retreating to our own evening activities – mine is with a good book!

5 Words to Describe Me:
Compassionate, Honest, Loyal, Passionate, Determined
My Ideal Day Involves:
My ideal day starts with sleeping in, surrounded by my dogs cuddling me until I wake up naturally. I’d head out for a beautiful run, the weather perfectly crisp—not too hot, not too cold—while listening to 90’s hip-hop. The afternoon spent at a cozy local restaurant, enjoying a long, laughter-filled lunch with a dear friend, savoring the connection and good food. In the evening, I’d be at home with my family, playing a competitive game of Rummikub and watching a good movie.
What Makes Me Smile:
Having my whole family under the same roof- Thanksgiving is my Super Bowl. Making others feel good with an unexpected compliment. A day on the water- lake or ocean- doesn't much matter to me.

Summary of Experience:
I have had the pleasure of working in the nonprofit sector for nearly 30 years with most of my time spent immersed in the Jewish philanthropic world. In my current
practice, my greatest pleasure is coaching professionals at all levels. I love the relational nature of this work, and I design coaching engagements based on the needs of the individual in their context. By taking a customized approach to coaching, we are able to focus on that which is most relevant to the client and ultimately, the skills that will be most impactful throughout their career.
